    Copyright and Licensing Policy

One of the core principles of Science, Education and Innovations in the Context of Modern Problems (published by IMCRA) is the protection of authors’ rights while promoting the open and responsible sharing of scientific knowledge.

Our journal is committed to ensuring that authors retain copyright over their work and that their contributions are properly licensed for broad reuse, visibility, and impact in the global research community.

    🔹 Copyright Retention

Authors who publish in SEI retain full copyright of their articles. By submitting to the journal, authors grant the publisher a non-exclusive license to publish, archive, and distribute the work under the terms of the selected open license.

This approach empowers authors while ensuring that their work is freely and permanently accessible to readers worldwide.

    🔹 Open Access Licensing

To support open science and knowledge dissemination, all articles published in SEI are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

    Under this license:

    • Users are free to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) for any purpose, including commercial use.

    • Attribution is required. Proper credit must be given to the original author(s), a link to the license must be provided, and any changes made must be indicated.

This licensing model is widely adopted in international Open Access publishing and ensures that research published in SEI can be reused responsibly while giving due recognition to the original authors.

    • Increases citation potential and impact

    • Supports academic transparency and collaboration

    • Aligns with the requirements of major Open Access funders and repositories

📌 Commitment to Ethical Use and Protection

IMCRA and the editorial board of SEI are committed to protecting the rights of authors while promoting responsible and ethical reuse of published content. Misuse or misattribution of published work will be treated as a violation of ethical publishing standards and may result in appropriate corrective action.
