    Science, Education and Innovations in the Context of Modern Problems

    The editorial board of the Science, Education and Innovations in the Context of Modern Problems (SEI) journal invites scholars, research institutions, and academic organizations to propose Special Issues dedicated to emerging topics of global relevance within the journal’s broad scope.

    SEI is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal that publishes cutting-edge interdisciplinary research at the intersection of science, education, and innovation. The aim of Special Issues is to highlight thematic collections of high-quality articles addressing current theoretical and practical challenges that shape modern scholarship and technological progress.

    Thematic Scope

    Proposals may cover—but are not limited to—the following research domains:

    - Education & Pedagogy: Educational sciences, curriculum studies, digital learning, economics of education
    - Science & Technology: Innovation, applied sciences, robotics, artificial intelligence, and data-driven technologies
    - Social Sciences: Sociology, psychology, social work, demography, cultural and behavioral studies
    - Law & Media: Law, communications, media studies, library and information science
    - Economics & Management: Finance, business, banking, marketing, management, and entrepreneurship
    - Geography & Environment: Urban and regional planning, sustainable development, and environmental studies
    - Interdisciplinary Studies: Linguistics, language and literature, regional development, and cross-sectoral innovation research

    Proposal Requirements

    Interested guest editors are invited to submit proposals including:
    1. Title and Theme of the Special Issue
    2. Rationale and Objectives – explaining the relevance, originality, and expected contribution of the topic
    3. List of Potential Articles or Contributors (5–10 proposed papers with short abstracts)
    4. Guest Editor(s) – names, affiliations, ORCID iDs, and contact information
    5. Proposed Timeline – including submission, peer review, and publication schedule

    All proposals will be reviewed by the SEI editorial board to ensure thematic fit, scholarly quality, and international diversity of authorship.

    Editorial Process

    Accepted Special Issues will undergo the journal’s standard double-blind peer review process. Guest editors will coordinate submissions, communicate with authors, and ensure quality and originality standards consistent with SEI’s editorial policies.

    Each Special Issue will include an introductory editorial article by the guest editor(s) outlining the conceptual framework and highlighting key findings from the collection.
