Manuscript processing fee
Authors are required to pay a manuscript processing fee only after their manuscripts have been reviewed and accepted for publication by an editor. Authors are required to pay a fair manuscript handling fee for the processing of their articles.  However, there are no submission charges. Authors are required to make payment only after their manuscripts have been accepted for publication. SEI Journal Proceedings Publication Fee is 300 USD. Payment is carried out on Card to Card or Bank (Zolotaya Korona to our Editorial Member address or Western Union).
