-
Authors are responsible for ensuring that all article titles are translated into accurate and understandable English, regardless of the original language of the main text.
-
All scientific articles must include an abstract, and this abstract must also be translated into English to ensure international accessibility.
-
All cited references, author names, and affiliations must be presented using the Roman (Latin) script, enabling accurate indexing and global comprehension.
-
For manuscripts submitted in English, all titles, abstracts, and texts must be written in clear and internationally understandable English, suitable for a global scholarly audience.
Publication Frequency and Article Volume
-
The journal is published monthly, with 12 issues per year.
-
Each issue typically includes between 10 and 80 articles.
-
In exceptional cases, 8 or 9 additional articles may be added if necessary.

However, the maximum number of articles per issue is limited to 90, in line with international publishing standards.
