Editorial Policy
The journal Science, Education and Innovations in the Context of Modern Problems (SEI) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, scholarly excellence, and ethical publishing. Our editorial policy ensures a transparent, fair, and rigorous editorial process for all submitted manuscripts.
1. Editorial Independence
The Editorial Board operates independently and is responsible for ensuring that all editorial decisions are based solely on the scholarly merit of the submitted work, without regard to the author’s race, gender, institutional affiliation, nationality, or political views.
2. Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process:
-
The identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential.
-
Each submission is reviewed by at least two independent experts in the relevant field.
-
Final acceptance is subject to the approval of the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewer recommendations and editorial evaluation.
See the full peer review policy here: https://imcra-az.org/peer-review
3. Manuscript Screening
All manuscripts are initially screened by the editorial team to verify:
-
Compliance with submission guidelines
-
Originality and relevance
-
Ethical compliance and absence of plagiarism
Manuscripts not meeting basic criteria will be returned to the authors before peer review.

Our detailed publication ethics statement is available here: https://imcra-az.org/journal-policies
7. Appeals and Complaints
Authors may appeal editorial decisions by contacting the Editor-in-Chief with a written justification. Complaints regarding publication ethics or process issues are investigated by the editorial committee following COPE procedures.

If errors or misconduct are identified in published content, the journal will:
-
Issue corrections, clarifications, or expressions of concern as needed
