    Open Access Policy

    Science, Education and Innovations in the Context of Modern Problems (SEI) is a peer-reviewed, open access journal committed to the free and unrestricted dissemination of scholarly research.

    All articles are made immediately available online upon publication without subscription or access fees. Readers are permitted to access, read, download, and share content without restriction.

    The journal supports the principles of open scholarly communication and aligns with internationally recognized open access standards, including the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).


    Copyright and Licensing

    Authors retain copyright of their work.

    All articles published in SEI are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source.

    Authors grant the journal the right of first publication while retaining the right to reuse, distribute, and archive their work in accordance with the license terms.


    Author Rights
